- Handling of enquiries via a form
- Delivery of ordered services
6. The Service performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following way:
- Through voluntary data entered in the forms, which are entered into the Operator's systems.
- By storing cookies in end devices (so-called "cookies").
2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator
  1. The places where you log in and enter your personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This way, the personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted in the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a password-protected form. The hash function is one-way - it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is nowadays a modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. An important element of data protection is regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

4. Hosting company:
- applies measures to protect against data loss (e.g. disk arrays, regular backups),
- apply adequate measures to protect the processing sites in the event of fire (e.g. special fire-fighting systems),
- applies adequate measures to protect processing systems in the event of a sudden power failure (e.g. dual power supply lines, aggregates, UPS systems),
- apply measures to physically protect access to data processing sites (e.g. access control, monitoring),
- apply measures to ensure appropriate environmental conditions for servers as part of the data processing system (e.g. control of environmental conditions, specialised air-conditioning systems),
- applies organisational arrangements to ensure the highest possible level of protection and confidentiality (training, internal regulations, password policies, etc.),
- has appointed a Data Protection Inspector.
5. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. They may be subject to recording:
- resources determined by the URL identifier (addresses of requested resources - pages, files),
- the time of the arrival of the question,
- the time of sending the answer,
- Client station name - identification performed by HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
- URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) - in case when the transition to -- the Service was made by a link,
- information about the user's browser,
- information about the IP address,
- diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services through the recorders on the website,
- information related to the handling of electronic mail sent to the Operator and sent by the Operator.
4. Your rights and additional information about the use of your data
1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
public authorities
authorised employees and associates who use the data in order to achieve the purpose of the website's operation
2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than it is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
3. You have the right to demand from the Administrator:
- access to personal data concerning you,
- to correct them,
- removal,
- restrictions on processing,
and data transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) above in relation to the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, and the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for the processing, interests, rights and freedoms superior to you, in particular the determination, investigation or defence of claims.

6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.
7. In relation to you, actions may be taken consisting in automated decision making, including profiling, in order to provide services under the concluded contract and to conduct direct marketing by the Administrator.
8. Personal data are not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the regulations on personal data protection. This means that we do not send your personal data outside the European Union.
5. Information in the forms
  1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, in so far as it is provided.
  2. The service may store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Service may store information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In this case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. in order to process service requests or business contacts, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly indicates what it is used for.
6. Administrator's logs
  1. Information about the behavior of users on the site may be subject to login. This data is used to administer the service.
7. Relevant marketing techniques
  1. The operator uses statistical analysis of the website activity by Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The operator does not transfer any personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the end user's device. Within the scope of information on user preferences collected by Google's advertising network, the user may view and edit information resulting from cookies using the following tool:

The Operator uses remarketing techniques, which allow to adjust advertising messages to the user's behaviour on the website, which may give the illusion that the user's personal data is used to track the user, but in practice no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological prerequisite for this is that cookies are enabled.
  3. The Operator uses a Facebook pixel. This technology causes Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA) to know that a person registered on Facebook is using the Website. In this case, it is based on data for which it is itself the administrator, the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data from himself to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user's terminal device.
8. Information about cookies files
  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (the so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the final device of Service User and are intended to use the Website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of storing them on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the final device of Service User and obtaining access to them is the Service Operator.
